  • President/CEO

    With over 25 years in the construction and real estate development industry, Dan‘s main focus is to provide clients with the highest quality, energy efficient, healthy green housing product available by maintaining a superior knowledge in his craft through ongoing training of new technologies, products and building codes. Each client is treated with the utmost in respect with special attention to provide the client with a personalized and comfortable process in designing and constructing their dream home.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    Nathan uses his practical experience from the field to apply to the many projects we manage and complete. His experience is in all phases of construction but specifically large framed structures, project management and sales as well as leasing and management of family housing units. Nathan has vast experience in buyout procedures and procurement as well as streamlining means and methods required to complete our projects in a rapidly changing industry.

  • Vice President of Operations

    Brian is responsible for all site superintendent accountability as well as customer representative interaction and compliance. He has 19 years of field experience prior to being a project manager and becoming a partner. He's completed many of the company's successful projects as a superintendent before coming into the ownership position. Brian has great skill level in the field and ability to overcome obstacles that the superintendents respect and customers appreciate when completing their projects.

  • Senior Project Manager- Residential

    Rodney came to Summit with a vast experience as a residential builder as well as a commercial superintendent. Rodney began his journey with Summit in the office- using his expertise to learn and run the estimating department, as the company has grown and the business has changed Rodney was moved back to the residential field. He manages the completion of all residential projects with Summits in-house carpenters and is the Senior Project Manager of our residential division. Rodney’s patience and a keen eye for quality are one of the biggest attributes of the work he completes and what our customers expect.

  • Director Marketing and Sales

    Tyler came to Summit in 2019 with a residential sales background. Since then, he has moved up the corporate ladder from Salesman to Director. As Director, Tyler oversees sales and marketing for all Residential and Commercial projects, coordinates processes that involve our work scopes from the sale to coordination with the Project Managers to the company owners. Tyler also oversees the management of our residential and commercial leasing fulfillment. Since arriving Tyler has completed projects as a Project manager as well to further his experience in the construction process. Tyler also holds a private pilots license and a drone license (UAS remote pilot license) which he utilizes to document our project progress and documentation of scope. Tyler is an Army Veteran and was a Fire Support Specialist (HHB 1 BN 119 FA) and completed an 8-year contract in the National Guard.

  • Project Coordinator

    Emmitt coordinates all functions of the construction process from Submittals to job site set up. He is responsible for job site logistics, blueprint, bulletins, assist in takeoffs and customer selection verification through the submittal process. Emmitt is the first support system for field operations and project managers. He also coordinates schedules for the residential division. Emmitt also balances the budgets on residential new builds at the buy out process to ensure our projects are on budget before and during the buyout and construction process. In addition to Project Coordination, Emmitt provides tech support and onboarding for new hires and field personnel.

  • Project Manager - Commercial

    Jerry began his career with Summit with a background in manufacturing supervision and leadership. Through his previous employment he has gained people skills to be able to complete projects and tasks with anyone and in any setting. Jerry has completed projects from 1500 square feet to a 278,000 square foot student housing job for Norte Dame while employed for Summit. Jerry is one of the main leaders in the commercial side of the company and always leads from the ground up, meeting the superintendents he is responsible for on site and developing them into leaders for our company. Jerry is a results driven project manager and is rapidly rising in his role with Summit.

  • Chief Financial Officer/Comptroller

    Heather is responsible for our extensive cash flow analysis and reporting. She oversees the tax returns, governmental fees and auditing for all accounting functions resulting in effective and accurate accounting files. Heather facilitates payments to our many vendors, and subcontractors and also serves as office manager for Summit Group Companies.
