With over 25 years in the construction and real estate development industry, Dan‘s main focus is to provide clients with the highest quality, energy efficient, healthy green housing product available by maintaining a superior knowledge in his craft through ongoing training of new technologies, products and building codes. Each client is treated with the utmost in respect with special attention to provide the client with a personalized and comfortable process in designing and constructing their dream home.
Chief Operating Officer
Nathan uses his practical experience from the field to apply to the many projects we manage and complete. His experience is in all phases of construction but specifically large framed structures, project management and sales as well as leasing and management of family housing units. Nathan has vast experience in buyout procedures and procurement as well as streamlining means and methods required to complete our projects in a rapidly changing industry.
Vice President of Operations
Brian is responsible for all site superintendent accountability as well as customer representative interaction and compliance. He has 19 years of field experience before being a project manager and becoming a partner. He's completed many of the company's successful projects as a superintendent before coming into the ownership position. Brian has great skill level in the field and ability to overcome obstacles that the superintendents respect and customers appreciate when completing their projects.
Rodney comes to Summit as a residential builder and commercial Superintendent. He has the ability through his experience in the field to troubleshoot and analyze job site conditions and come up with alternatives that result in more efficient job sites that reflect in our estimating through value to the customer. Rodney is responsible for developing sales leads, digitizing prints, creating and delivering the final proposal as well as solidifying the final signed contracts and executing a hand off meeting to project management. Rodney maintains communications with customers throughout their projects.
Heather is responsible for our extensive cash flow analysis and reporting. She oversees the tax returns, governmental fees and auditing for all accounting functions resulting in effective and accurate accounting files. Heather facilitates payments to our many vendors, subcontractors and also serves as office manager for Summit Group Companies.
As Project Coordinator for construction, Shannon oversees the pre construction,construction and closeout of all projects. She is responsible for form management, data filing, project agreement creation and management as well as ongoing project updates. Shannon closely coordinates logistics, housing and special job site conditions for all projects we complete across the United States.
